BYS Grup, as the Consortium Leader, will be responsible for the overall management of all tasks related to the project.

MIA Teknoloji, which was offered to the public in BIST – Borsa Istanbul as of November 2021, was established in 2006 in Ankara, which was founded by 3 computer engineer friends. MIA Teknoloji, with its more than 160 staff, carries out unique innovation and R&D activities to meet the needs of its customers.
MIA Teknoloji offers innovative technologies to its customer base from its offices in the United States and Moroccco as well as its Ankara headquarters.
The company, which offers systems working in many points of Türkiye with the principle of tailor-made system development and productization, produces instant solutions to problems with the support of the 24/7 call center it provides.
MIA Teknoloji will be responsible for the purchase of equipment, installation of cameras and system integration.

Business services are provided in almost all sectors; Information Technologies, Mobile Application Development, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Smart Systems are among the most important topics.
The company has collaborated with national and international stakeholders in multi-stakeholder projects in order to transfer and use the experiences it gained during its research activities.
JungoTech İleri Teknoloji Çözümleri Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. will contribute to customization of features. They will be responsible for cloud service and Remote Management and Monitoring system.

These can be single together into Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions which can include any of cleaning, catering, engineering, energy management, gardening and security services.
PCS Thailand is pilot coordinator in Thailand. They will provide support for installation and implementation of the pilot.
- Providing support to the implementation of the pilot in Thailand
- Managing and carrying out installation, testing, and commissioning, monitoring, maintenance of the system installed
- Providing pilot coordinator and other staff (technicians)
- Providing equipment
- Managing local permits and registrations
- Dissemination of the project
- Providing support during survey activities in the pilot bus if necessary
- Ensuring smooth communication with the required stakeholders in Thailand
